About Me
I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Stevens Institute of Technology. I teach in the Quantitative Social Science program in the College of Arts and Letters.
My research interests are broadly situated in the interdisciplinary field of political psychology. More narrowly, I focus on political communication and risk perception, partisan bias, and the impact of gender and emotion on political attitudes.
I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and my B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College. I am proud to be a first-generation college student and to have served as a disaster responder with AmeriCorps NCCC before joining academia.
